Resources for building ERC-4337 wallet?

I want to build an ERC-4337 wallet to play with different wallet login/ auth methods on mobile, particularly using something like a user ID, mobile number or biometric methods. I’ve done some basic reading on account abstraction but wondering if anyone has any good resources or advice for actually building / implementing?

Also interested to know whether the smart contract rules set upon build are configurable at a later date (say I initially choose to re-generate key pairs monthly, but I’d like to change that to annually, or if a user changes their mobile number down the line). Also looking to understand what type of object the smart contract returns to validate login.
