Hi Folks,
We (my wife and I) are interviewing a few estate planning attorneys in SoCal for Estate and Life planning. I am surprised by the range of fees these “so-labeled” attorneys aka law offices are asking. The fees range from flat $895 (no updates included), $995 (updates included; these are a group of financial planners with one of the planners being an Estate attorney), and $2700. Although all of them are providing the same documents, I do not understand the difference between them.
What kind of questions should I ask to differentiate these attorneys? Any ideas on why some attorneys/law offices are charging so low if they can higher?
